Lead Engine

The Lead Engine captures and routes new leads from every channel into the right project — forms, email, and integrations — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Sources

• Public forms — share a link; submissions become leads (see Public forms).
• Email-to-Kordox — a dedicated inbound address per project routes mail to leads or tickets.
• Connectors — leads synced from your CRM or ad platforms.

Inbound email addresses

Each project gets addresses like leads+yourorg.project@kordox.com. Mail sent there is parsed into a lead (or a support ticket) on the right project. Find and copy them in Lead Engine → Sources.

Working leads

• See new leads in the Lead Engine view.
• Convert a lead to a customer or a deal in one click.
• Assign owners, add notes, and track status.

Rate-limited & safe

Inbound email is rate-limited per sender and per org to prevent spam floods.
