Connectors

Connectors sync data from the tools your projects already run on, so revenue, orders, and customers flow into Kordox automatically.

Available connectors

  • Stripe — payments, revenue, customers
  • Shopify — orders and store data
  • HubSpot / Salesforce — CRM sync
  • Google Ads / Facebook Ads — ad spend and performance
  • Gmail / Outlook — email (see Connect your email)

Connect one

  1. Open a projectConnectors tab.
  2. Click Add connector and pick a provider.
  3. Authorize on the provider's screen (OAuth) or paste an API key, depending on the connector.
  4. Kordox does an initial sync, then keeps data fresh on a schedule.

Sync & manage

  • Manual sync — trigger a refresh anytime from the connector's row.
  • Status — each connector shows last-synced time and any errors.
  • Disconnect — removes access and stops syncing; your already-synced data stays.

Connectors are scoped to a project, so each project only sees its own connected accounts and data.
