Automations
Automations handle the repetitive parts of your workflow — moving records, assigning work, and reacting to changes — so you don't have to.
How they work
An automation is a trigger plus one or more actions:
- Trigger — something happens (a lead is created, a deal changes stage, a task is due).
- Actions — Kordox responds (assign an owner, create a task, send a notification, update a field).
Examples
- When a lead is created, assign it to a team member and create a follow-up task.
- When a deal moves to "Won", create an onboarding task.
- When a task is overdue, notify its owner.
Set one up
- Open a project → Automations.
- Click New automation, pick a trigger, and add actions.
- Save — it runs automatically from then on.
Saved views & pipelines pair well
Combine automations with your custom pipeline stages and saved views to model how your team actually works.
